Stopped by on a Sunday on the way back from a 6 hour drive from California. I asked for a simple hot and ready pizza through the... drive thru, the kid working said they'd bring it out front when it's ready. 25 minutes later I go back to the window and askwhat's going on? The kid said it would be 20 more minutes. I asked for a refund. Little rat could've given me info thatsomething was going wrong in the store before I ordered. Read more

I am THE crazy bread fan girl. Lately they?ve been doing something wrong with the bread unfortunately. Only go here if you want... a 50% chance of getting bread dryer than Kyle Rittenhous?s eyes. The other 50% of the time it?s perfect again. Choice is yourswhether your money is worth that risk or not. Picture of the good bread AND the dry bread - both taken only days apart. Read more

Their $10 stuffed crust is a lot better than expected, and of course the deep dish is good. The cheapest one they sell isn?t... nearly as good though, spend the extra couple bucks Read more

Seriously... we ordered a pizza and it came but... there was no cheese on parts of it and there was a random pepper on the side... of the pizza. Our sauce was cracked open and leaking everywhere and our breadsticks were kindaaa... soggy. And flavorless. Read more

There have been a couple of times when we have ordered online and got there and they were closed early. Each time we were able... to get our pizza after a hassle of calling and arguing. When you do get your pizza, they are generally sub par and dry. We stillgo here once in awhile though, just keep your expectations low. Read more

We use to frequent this location more often and then we started having issues here. The last 2 attempts were met with us... ordering online and getting to the store to have issues. The first one they said we are too busy and you will have another hourwait so I got my money back. Last night I ordered and when we went to pick up the front door was locked with no sign on it.There were people inside and we could see our pizzas in the pizza portal. They came to the door and said use the drive thru. Wewaited 10 more minutes in the drive thru when they could have just handed us the pizza at the door. The pizzas looked like adrunk person sliced them and the sausage one had almost nothing on it. I am so sick of everyplace in town doing this drive thruonly thing. Honestly if I had known they were doing that I would not have ordered here. Whoever owns this location needs to fixthese issues before more customers go else where because now I remember why I don?t come here anymore. Read more

This location has issues. My last five attempts to get just a regular Hot 'n Ready pepperoni pizza were met with the same... explanation: there's a "30-minute (+) wait." Dinner time, lunch time, doesn't matter. This is Little Caesar's whole thing...drive up, get a pizza that's ready. The only time I've managed to get a pizza from them in the last year was when I orderedahead. And it was still 15 mins late compared to the ready-time I was given. I finally gave up. I've had two failed deliveriesfrom this location as well. The location on 700 South always has something ready to go, no matter what time of the day it is.There is clearly a management problem at the location on Brigham Rd. Read more
