Reviews for Firehouse Subs Red Rock Commons in St. George, UT
1/3 of my salad was black and wilted. I?m not sure how you miss this when putting the salad together. This isn?t a little piece... or two. This is disgusting. I?d like my money back at the very least. They also forgot my kids juice and rice crispy treat. Thetreat is like 1/4 of the regular sized treats. Pretty disappointed. I?ve gone here a few times before and never had a problem, but this time I was pretty bummed. Read more

My husband and I generally really like the subs , but neither one was done the way they are supposed to be! The restaurant was a... total mess! Trashes we?re not dumped and overflowing, the floors looked very dirty and food and papers all over! The tables werenot cleared and not wiped down, chairs were misplaced and the workers were on their phones and standing around talking, visitingaround in back room! Very disappointed! Won?t go back to this location! No adult worker was there, maybe the girl on the phonewas the shift lead but didn?t seem to care what a filthy mess it was! Also the drink dispensers were dirty and not wiped downand cleaned up! The kid preparing the subs was coughing and wiped his face with his apron! Yuck!????????????????????????One lastcomment, the store had two other customers who were eating so being busy was not the excuse! Read more
They messed up on my order which ruin my meal. But now the issue is that I can't reach anyone to discuss this. Called Store... Mutiple times. No answer. Call Corporate and still nothing. I shouldn't have to waste gas to get this fixed. So until thisis resolved to my satisfaction I will refuse to support this place. Which breaks my heart. Read more
The girl taking our order at the register came across as very hostile. From the tone in her voice to the way she was pressing on... the iPad aggressively. Making us feel extremely uncomfortable and like we were putting her out for clarifying the details of ourorder. The vibe of the restaurant was super off! Firehouse is one of my favorite restaurants and I wouldn?t be leaving thisreview if this was the first time this happened. But just last week on my birthday I went in for my free sandwich and I have avery similar experience with this exact cashier. Read more
For being short staffed there sure were a lot of employees standing around ? We ordered 5 sandwiches and a salad and of the 6... employees only 2 were actually working. I felt bad for the lead young lady. She was trying to get things moving but, well, teenagers. The sandwiches and salad were good. Read more
The subs here are on point! ???? My wife loves them, we would eat here everyday if we could! Their sandwiches are melt in your... mouth good, and they have a great selection. They also have a sweet drink machine, their cherry limeade is top notch. 10 out of10 good stuff right there ???????????????????? Read more
So the food was good as usual, and I understand that being short staffed is an issue everywhere and you have to take what you... get but having five very young employees on a Sunday evening without supervision has it's downfalls. The boy who took our orderalso made our sandwiches as well as two other orders while two girls took turns scooping ice into buckets and when it died downanother boy and one of the girls came out to chat with their two friends giving them free drinks and then they both helped withan order that came in without washing their hands before handling the food and high fiving one of the friends over the counterwith gloves on in the midst of making the customers sandwich. Trash full, water bucket left by the lids and straws, putting onthe fireman's helmet that sits for decoration talking about how they get such a high discount just for wearing them, phones outair pods in, running around with friends before clocking out to leave for the night... Just wow. I know it's a sandwich shop butwhere's the professionalism? Read more
