Usually I have an amazing experience but tonight my heart was broken. I walked in to get my usual bowl which is the same every... single time and I only put one fruit on top. It was 8:15 when I got inside and started my order. When I asked for my one fruittopping I requested to have a couple more scoops I think two or three more scoops mind you small scoops because they're usingthe spoons they give you which are very shallow and small. I was told that I couldn't have anymore because they already did thedishes and if they did that they would have to cut more up. I mean for goodness sake I'm paying an extra $2 for a bowl that onlyhas four items in the entire thing that's the base, overnight oats, one fruit topping, and honey on top and you're telling me Ican't have more because you already did the dishes? Not to mention I got extra of my base so if I didn't get that extra base youwould have added those couple scoops anyway. One knife and a cutting board isn't that hard to rewash and you still have 45minutes until you close so are you telling me you're going to deny every other customer that walks in there that topping so youdon't have to use a cutting board and knife again? Like I said it breaks my heart because I've spent so much money at thisestablishment and have always had a wonderful experience until tonight. Read more
Today was my first time checking out Everbowl in the St.Gerorge Utah location. I have a gluten allergy and was so happy to hear... that they not only were gluten free but also dairy free. Love this place! Was so happy when they opened here in St George, UT. They have lots of options with pre built bowls or build... your own. Numerous bases and toppings to choose from in building your Açaí bowl. This is a good place to get your sweet treatand is on the healthier side. The bases (acai, pitaya, etc.) were frozen and not made to order. When it finally thawed, the consistency was like marshmallow... puff and gooey! Not worth the price in my opinion. I do appreciate that they use all organic ingredients, but wish it was madefresh instead of stored all day in a container. Read more
The food is delicious, but ignorant customer service and company policy really irritates me. I am allergic to oats, asked for... Chia instead, was told it would cost $2 more. My child ordered something that usually has Chia, but asked to exclude it becausehe doesn't like the texture. I asked to have his chia put in mine, they refused. Apparently, they're fine charging more tochange our items, but they don't give you a discount for omitting items. Won't be back on principal, The Orange Peel for me. Read more
