My family used to eat at Applebees St George, UT on occasion when it was under different management. We were not impressed with... the food and service. A couple of months ago, we decided to give it another try. I must say, the food was delicious, greatrecommendations by the staff. The chips/entrees we?ve eaten are delicious, large portions, and the hamburgers are freshly madewith a variety of toppings and sauces.The managers Eric, Cassie and Jim assure the customers have a pleasant dining experience.We are pleasantly surprised with the staff and new menu. First we were seated at a dirty table. Then had to ask for water, and was brought water in a dirty cup. The service was good,... she is new and she did a great job considering it is her 4th day. The food is good. It always is. Jus a bit disappointed thisvisit. Read more
First time at this particular Applebee's and my wife and I stopped in for deserts and drinks while avoiding the family we came... to visit. Our server Shelley was warm and welcoming. She made a recommendation or two and took our orders right away. My TopShelf Long Island and the Sugar Dusted Donut Dippers were amazing! Very, very good drink and when coupled with the hot and freshdonut holes were an excellent way to spend time together while simultaneously not spending time with other people. Visiting from California and came in for a quick bite. Shelley is so sweet and has been a wonderful server. She informed us of a... short wait and quickly attended us after finishing with the table next to us. Her polite service and kind smile creates apleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Had Candice as our waitress and she did an amazing job. She was so friendly and fast on her feet and a pleasure to chat with.... The food was delicious too, i enjoyed my grilled chicken with bacon sandwich with some fry sauce i mixed up myself. I have eaten in many Applebee's restaurants across many states. This is by far the most friendly staff that I've ever met. Our... waiter was Troy and he was very attentive.
