Very polite young man. Service was quick. Bought burgers, chicken nuggets, fries and chili. Actually bought two family size... buckets of ?chili?, otherwise I refer to as a bowl of beans in chili sauce. There may have been a teaspoon of meat in eachbucket. In all, we spent $62 on all items. $29.98 for the two buckets of ?chili?. I was disappointed. The other food was fine.After eating a little of chili, decided to brown some hamburger for the following night to improve the taste. It wouldn?t hurtyou guys to put some beef back in the chili. Thought it was strange that you could only pay with a credit card at one of the machines by the door. There was a long line to... wait for the machines b/c it takes people much longer to order, so eventually I was able to pay cash at the counter afterordering with an employee there. I didn't personally eat anything but the person I was with enjoyed their food. Read more
I asked for a 4for4. I pull up to the window and lady says ?$10.30? and hands me a coke so I go ?whaaaaat? Not my order ma?am.?... I asked for a ginger ale. She apologizes and laughs, grabs my card and charges me, so I thought she charged me the $4.30 for the4for4. She hands me back my card with the receipt that says $10.30? so I told her she was wrong AGAIN and she offers a refundthat ?will deposit in 2-5 business days? and then charges me $4.84 (also the wrong number) and hands me the ginger ale with thebag so I ask to speak to a manager cause I?m down to my literal last $20 before payday, and now I?ve spent $15+ at Wendy?s causethey?re not ok in there. Manager gives me attitude saying she?s broke too, and I decide to return my bag and ask for the $4.84back. They had charged me for a ?natural lemonade? bro I hate lemonade? they couldn?t get anything right? imma pray for theseladies cause yea, they not ok in there. Read more
When Fabrizio is there (not sure if spelled right) he goes out of his way to help the customers. He?s a great guy. I?ve had... some so-so experiences other times. Overall good food, good price, very rare in Saint Cloud. Read more
Dave would be disappointed. Potato was not fully cooked. Crispy chicken sandwich was small enough for a toddler. Grilled... chicken no bun has zero taste and only came with tomatoe and lettuce. Employees were nice enough. Read more
After moving to Richmond, VA and not having a single satisfying Wendy?s experience since I?ve been here I can say the service at... this Wendy?s is amazing. They never got my order wrong. Even when busy, they were always professional. The food was well mademinus sometimes not putting salt on the fries, but they were still good. The team was great. Long line, they still move prettyfast given the circumstances. I?m not proud of eating fast food, but when I did-this Wendy?s was awesome. Read more
Cashier just stood there when I approached the counter. What happened to Hello, or Welcome to Wendy's, or a simple how can I... help you. Even after I paid I didn't even get a Thank you. I believe it's rude & the chili was watery & when I asked forcrackers she gave me like 30 packs. Way too many. No Cheese in my chili as well.
