My family and I go to this place to get smoothies 2 times a week.

Tried for the first time a couple weeks ago. It's ok, not great but also not bad. Im not sure I will go again, but it was worth... trying. They were out of mangos so my husband was not able to try their advertised drink, but he enjoyed what he got. We werelooking at the menu forever, and the young guy behind the counter waiting on us decided to wait to tell us they were out ofsomething until we ordered it. It would have been nice to know what they didnt have while we were trying to decide on what toget, especially since what my husband wanted they were out of, so he had to try and quickly pick somethign else. Just came to pick up my normal smoothie and noticed some different folks behind the counter. I never seen them before anyway,... the older lady had an attitude from the moment I walked in for some reason. Maybe she?s having a bad day. I just left there on Saturday 8/7/21 and Thomas helped me. I went in there with a craving. And wanted crunch. Thomas made me my... drink. Now I've been coming here for years and it's hit or miss but honestly he took my craving and just put into the mostdelicious shake I went outside and came back in just to get his name and asked him when he worked. Planet Smoothie has deliciously made smoothies, a clean facility, and excellent customer service. I recommend Java the Nut or... Road Runner, two tasty choices. They have many different sizes, so if you are looking to get full, it could happen with onesmoothie. Read more
Horrible customer service. The owner instructs her employees to not split a smoothie into two cups for small children. Great way... to make my day more difficult. As one woman business owner to another, getting return business comes from happy customers. Thatwas one simple way to accommodate a variety of clients of all ages. Too bad you missed the mark.
