Warning. Please be careful when using a credit card at the drive thru of this Dunkin - Store # 358302. It is the only business I... have visited where I had to hand my card to the store employee. It took a little longer than usual to process my card while atthe window - and now a week later I have had my credit card compromised with someone in New Jersey using it to purchase Airpods,a charger, etc. I am doing this review because I have not been able to reach the store manager. The phone number posted onlineis incorrect and even the corporate office provided a different but still incorrect contact number. Read more
Order online, went to pick up via drive through they forgot one sandwich so I waited, the. They gave me what I didn?t order had... to park go in and pick up the missing sandwich when I get home they forgot to give me the orange juice now at home I try to callthe to the contact number that google shows and is disconnected. It was absolutely horrible!! The person taking our order had no idea what our order after repeating the order more than 10 times... in a row. They told us they were out of multiple items but still charged the price of the desired item and substituted it withanother (ordered munchkins got three donuts, ordered a hot chocolate received a hot mocha in size small when I ordered amedium). We waited for 20+ minutes in a non-existent line for food that could be made or reheated in seconds. The drinks tastedawful they basically mixed drinking water with a couple drops of coffee. Would never recommend this to anyone and hope yousteer clear of this place! New staff and management is needed! Read more

It's a hot or miss dunking, most time is awful but when it's good it really good. Most times I've gone out takes almost 15... minutes to get one large iced coffee. I just drove to one of the others rather than chancinf it now. About a year ago it was thebest one to go too. Not sure what happened. Read more
Not only do they run out of everything before 10:30 AM on a Saturday, the few times they actually do have food stocked in their... restaurant, they get your order wrong a solid 75% of the time. Don't patronize, allow this POS Dunkin to go under so somethingbetter can take over the property. Read more
Poor training and poor leadership are always recipe?s for disaster. Orders are always tweaked to the baristas liking, not what... the consumers request. Today I was told this is a french vanilla frozen coffee. Looks more like vanilla ice cream. I wasassured there was coffee in it. Obviously there was not. I was offered a new one, but declined it, lest I have someone spit inmy drink. This location is doomed for failure. Needs new management and staff that strive for excellence. Read more
The worst service I've found in a store. I went to the store at 5:50 am. I found a poorly educated staff without ethics of what... is customer service, especially the manager. I had to wait about 8 minutes for my coffee and they gave me what they wanted andnot what I asked for. I recommend not going to this place at this time. Very bad attention Read more
