The wait line is ridiculous. I ordered beforehand to avoid a long wait and still ended up waiting over 30 minutes in the drive... thru... I would've gone elsewhere had I known this would be the total opposite of "fast food". Then after going through, Irealize they not only gave cold stake fries but that they forgot part to pack one of the sandwiches ordered so I had to get backin line and go through again. The gentleman working was very apologetic and made a new sandwich right away. They handled thesituation the best way they could but unfortunately, due to the crazy wait, I won't be returning. I?m not one to run to giving bad reviews unless I?ve had MULTIPLE issues with a location. This location has more than dwindled.... This is my 3rd time going to this location recently, and each time has been absolutely ridiculous. They close up to 3 hoursearly, comms don?t work, always waiting up to 20-30 minutes in a nearly empty drive-thru, and never actually receiving our food.We arrived at 9:15 and waited at the order screen to no avail. We circled the building due to not being serviced yet the lightsare on with employees inside. We finally arrive to the window only to be informed they don?t have half of the order. Instead ofletting us choose a replacement we were issued a refund and left the line. A waste of gas and time. Just get rid of the locationat this point. Read more
I read a few previous reviews and wanted to see how bad service really was, or wasn?t. In this case, service was adequate for... the type of establishment. I checked on line and found a few coupons, I opted to go inside and place my order To Go. I orderedusing coupons (extra for later) two chicken sandwiches with cheese, I asked that both sandwiches to be cut in half, twowhoppers, both with extra tomato, hold the mayonnaise, four fries and two large cokes along a couple packs of ketchup. Our orderwas perfect! Fries were super hot, sandwiches were all fresh and made to order. Cokes were made with a small amount of ice, asrequested. This location could definitely use a mop and broom in the lobby but nothing major. The staff appeared to be allHispanic with no language barrier, all were super polite and proficient. If you go to this BK, the only issue was getting in andout. If your not familiar with the area, and you need to head east as you leave, just maneuver your way through the subdivisionand look to your right at the crossroads until you spot a traffic light. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a RAWWWW spicy chicken sandwich. Looks like it was placed on the grill on high for 10... seconds and made the outside look cooked. Inside it was FULLY RAW. And the phone number listed doesn?t even ring when you call. Read more
They need to get some workers who actually want to work. I walked inside and sat at the counter for 10 minutes waving my hands... saying hello as they are looking at me and walking by me to to continue to tend to drive thru. Than to call and complain aboutit, you can't get no one to answer the phone. They need to shut that place down and get a whole new staff because they have allkids that don't want to work but collect a paycheck. That is by far the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Do not eat at this location. Staff doesn't care about anything. Food is disgusting. Waited 20 minutes while they worked on our... order, just to find out they lost our ticket.. (We were the only ones in the building..) We waited an additional 15 minutesafter that, just for a whopper and a crispy chicken sandwich, THEN they tell us that they are out of the crispy chickensandwich.. At that point, I paid for a "hard as a rock" jr. chicken sandwich instead, and left.. Will NOT ever be back here.Trash. Staff was joking and goofing around. Read more
My sister ordered a sprite and chicken fries. First of all, the drive-through menu was all ripped up and broken. The sprite was... so flat that it tasted nothing like a soda. The chicken fries were stale and cold, which left a bitter taste in my mouth. Theice cream machine was not able to operate. I have no clue on how this place is still open. I need my $11.78 that I spent onsprite and chicken fries back. Read more
I am a fan of Burger King's hamburgers just like it. But this place needs to remodel. Serving areas should be sparkling... clean, my visit there was kind of sad seen how bad it looks is . Those signs should be presentable or removed and put new ones.They need to speed up the express line definitely need more people. This place is in a perfect transit for travelers. This area has new buildings communities and expensive ones, so this place should put heads up to remodel for us Burger King lovers. Read more
