no. i went inside and saw the cooks, none of them with hairnets, or gloves. one of the workers dropped a fry on the ground and... put it back in the container and handed it to a drive thru customer. now, dont get me wrong, their food is great, but no, illnever be eating here again. Read more

Service was terrible. Ordered through the drive through and when received food the drinks (dr. Pepper and tea) were room... temperature. I asked why and was told the ice was broken. I then asked if the pop was flat and was told it should be fine. Itobviously wasn't. I went in to ask for something different and to ask why I wasn't told the ice machine was broke before theytook my order (and money). Was told there was nothing he could do and he couldn't tell the guy who was taking orders to tellpeople the machine was down. Explained to him that it is pretty general knowledge that the ice machine ensure a the drinkcarbonation and without ice, it would all be flat/partially flat. He simply said okay and walked away. Then to top it off, allthe food was clearly old and sloppily put together. The cheese on my chicken BLT was literally half hanging off. Wendys ingeneral is decent but this location has routinely gone down hill. If I could give 0/5 stars, I would. Seriously, save yourselfthe hassle and go to a different place or a different Wendy's. Stopped by this location while passing through on I-70. Easily the single fastest fast-food place I've ever been to. Cashier was... friendly, upsized my drink at no charge, and rounded my change up (in my favor) by 2 cents in the interest of speed. Hot andfresh food was on the counter before I could get the change in my pocket. Very impressed! Read more
Very slow drive thru. Took almost 15 minutes from order to food. But the order was right and the staff was friendly and... apologetic for the delay. Though no explanation. Almost gave them a 3 for the slow service, but MAYBE this is a oneoff. Perhaps the Quayle version of potato should have been a "sign." Read more
