I went to this Starbucks in Kroger to get some coffee and they had no way to print me a receipt or email it to me and they... refused to refund my bank card. Their only option was to give me cash. I wanted my card refunded and they refused so I leftafter hearing from the manager that there was no way they could provide a receipt or a refund and refused the products I orderedbecause I have the right as a consumer to have a reciept to know what they charged me and/or get a refund to that same card theycharged. The manager was super nice and tried to help and broke down in tears because she said she has been trying to get thereceipt problems resolved for weeks and neither kroger or Starbucks is helping them to be a responsible place to buy goods witha recipe of purchase.
