Their new system I guess requires them to ask you to tip. I generally do but it?s super annoying to be asked by the girl at the... window. Prob won?t go back to this location. Wheeling location gives the card reader to the customer it?s less awkward. Read more

We get our coffee before work every Sunday & our order is always done right & on time with friendly service

Overpriced which I believe everyone knows. Closes too early. Lines are too long. Parking lot is tiny which makes waiting in line... a pain in the butt. The drinks are not made well. Much better at other Starbucks. They are always out of items. If you want topay a lot, but get premium drinks and food, go to the Market Cafe in Wheeling instead! Read more

Unbelievably slow for four cars total in line. The first car got a coffee and cookie.second and third car 1 coffee each. Us iced... coffee and cake pop. 16-17mins? For 4 coffees is insane. Not to mention the cackle laugh the women opened with on the speaker. Read more

I'm currently on a road trip on to the East Coast, and I have to say this is the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. I... feel almost disrespected in a way that the company would still charge me full price and give me ice water with flavoring in it.I ordered a berry hibiscus refresher and was dumbfounded when she handed me a cup that seemed to be just ice water. I kind ofjust giggled and was shocked that she still wanted me to pay for it. This is not the service I would expect from such a goodcompany. Read more
