The best meal that I have had in a very long time!! I had the shrimp and rice Mexican bowl or whatever it's called. WOW was it... delicious! It had grilled shrimp, rice, sweet red onions, beans, avocado, slaw, pico de gallo, tortilla strips, sour cram, andjalapeño ranch to top it all off. Our waitress was super friendly and nice too. Great food..our anniversary bike ride place!! Fast service at 4pm..lobster stuffed bake potato was amazing!!!

Went for Endless Shrimp and was not disappointed with the food. Our service experience however was very disappointing. Server... had no personality and did not once ask us if we wanted more shrimp. We had to flag her down and she acted like we were animposition to get us more. We watched server at next table joke with her customers and keep checking back and wished we had satin her section. When you spend over $50 for a meal you should feel good when you leave but we just felt frustrated. PS - Gladto have the shrimp pasta back this year!!! Read more

Absolutely love this restaurant. My husband and I had our first date here and we make it a point to come back at least three... times a year for special occasions. It definitely puts the extra umph on top of a anniversary or birthday. I personally love tostar my dinner with the lobster artichoke dip and my husband orders the Cajun Alfredo everytime! Read more

I was at Red Lobster on McKnight road Pittsburgh, PA on Saturday August 13th. My cousin and I had just done the 5K Bubble Run... and then took a 6 mile hike. We were promptly seated. Our waitor (Kevin) was awesome. We didnt even have to ask for refills hejust knew when we needed them. He cleared away our empty dishes as they became empty. He was very personable and genuine. Wealso had the priviledge to meet the store Manager Nick who stopped by to make sure our experience was a good one, he too wasgenuinely concerned that we were getting the best service possible. Our experience doesnt stop there. It just so haopens duringour visit the District Manager (Dana) was in the restraunt she also swung by our table to check on us. I felt like we weregetting the royal treatment. She was such a kind and sweet lady. I am a stickler for customer service and kindness. Red Lobsteron McKnight road did not dissapoint. More importantly I cannot leave out whomever was in the kitchen. Our food was so fresh ,steaming hot, and absolutely delicious. Great job all around. I will for sure be a repeat customer even though i live an hourand a half away. I give this Red Lobster team 10 stars. Thank you all for a great experience. Read more
