Everyone was kind but the food was not good. It came to us cold. My sister ordered a chicken fried chicken and asked for no... gravy. They brought it with gravy and the waitress noticed and was kind enough to say hold on they put gravy, let me get youanother one. She brought it back but you could tell they scraped the gravy off and dropped it back in the fryer to make it crispup. She ended up apologizing and the manage took it off the bill. Read more

I am just not a fan of this restaurant. My daughter only likes it because of the general store. My husband will eat anything.

Never a disappointment! We always enjoy the hearty meals served here. The atmosphere is also quite engaging. We never seem to... make it through the gift shop without finding some unique item that we just have to have! Read more

It was early afternoon about 1:30. Not too busy, I was meeting my other half for lunch. One girl took the order then about 10... minutes later another girl came. She ended up taking the same order. We waited on our food for almost 30 minutes. I ask for abowl of soup but got a cup of soup. But it was good and I had a salad. My wife had meatloaf vegetable and I believe a salad. Shesaid it was good but the meatloaf look like it had been chopped up in the little bite-size pieces. First time this has everhappened. No complaints was happy to have a good hot meal. First time at cracker barrel . The fried chicken was delicious, turnip greens were ok , loaded sweet potato wasn't good to me... only because it wasnt what I had the taste for. Had a bloody Mary which was good not the best I've had but not the worse . Thewaitress was either new or just very timid which made our wait for our food longer and I didn't get my corn muffins until Ireminded her in the midst of being ready to go. Portions on the chicken were huge supposed to get 4 pieces ,I asked if I couldsubstitute the leg for another wing but wasn't able to do I told her I'll just take 3 pieces. Overall will eat here again forthe chicken and probally not this specific one due to just passing thru. Read more
