Whoever is the manager that made the "pickup only lane" and changed it so you can only order through pick up or drive... through. Why would you make life so difficult for people?????? You do not have a second lane to allow anyone who even made themistake of when they don't see the tiny print as they are driving into what is traditionally both drive thru ordering screens topass around, you force them to wait in line again to go back around. Your extremely "busy" employee can't even be bothered totake an order through the window even if it is a mistake why am I being forced to drive around and wait twice as long for "fastfood". I love chick fil a, but after what I encountered today I think I will take my business somewhere else and this is why. The drive... thru is always super long and a long wait so I figured I would go inside and order to go. Only to wait in what I assumed was theordering line, to be told they no longer take orders you either have to use the drive thru line or use your phone, download amobile app, and place an order that way. Really?! What. I walked out along with everyone that was behind me in the "ordering"line. Please just go back to normal and like all other restaurants where you go in and actually talk to a person and place yourorder! Food was up to expectations. The service, though friendly, was very very slow. The dining room was about 25% full, but we had to... clean our own table before we ate. Dining room was dirty.
