Not sure why I have given this company my money but there are some football games that we can't get on TV. Let me start off by... saying our server, Aryn, was awesome. Very attentive and quick. But the food? Just awful!!! I ordered the buffalo chicken salad.Had no blue cheese crumbles, no sauce on the chicken and was the size of a quarter!! Not worth $13 so I sent it back. My son atehis burger not impressed because he was hungry and doesn't like to complain. There were maybe 4 tables in the whole restaurantand the manager didn't come to to see what was wrong. Our server asked if we wanted to speak with the manager but at that pointit just wasn't worth it. If he/she didn't want to talk to us when we sent back food why would he/she want to talk to us when wepaid the bill. When leaving the hostess was on her phone. Last time I will patronize BBW. The worst food order I ever had. The boneless wings are ok, but the traditional are inedible. The Cheese sticks are like... minimally melted string cheese with dried out breading like it's been under a heat lamp. Also I'd like to add that I got thenotification in the parking lot the order was ready and went in right away, only to be told they are putting it in now, only forthe traditional wings and cheese sticks to be dried out. Honestly this was the first time ever at a B-Dubs that everything was 5 star. I'm not a picky person by any means but usually... something is cold or takes forever. Food was fast and so damn hot I had to wait to eat it lol. I'm very impressed with thislocation. My server was very nice and professional (Jessica). Thank you for the good experience!!! Read more
Ordered 20pc boneless wings (basically popcorn chicken) half of them were literally half the size of what is "normal" overall... food was good and service was ok.. Prices going up is one thing, the quality should not be going down. Read more

2 times in a row my order has been wrong. Tonight while they messed up my second order in a row another guy brought his bag in... because his order was wrong, then a third guy was given the wrong bag and had to come back in. They messed up 3 orders almost ina row. Then I open the wings and look at the sauce. These people want $15/hr? Laughable. It’s actually insulting to anyonewith a work ethic. Read more

If you’re looking to takeout at this place I wouldn’t even bother placing an order. I placed an order for pickup on a... Thursday night and they took OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF to prepare my order. I could not believe how long I had to wait for atakeout order. I spoke with two separate people about my order, both of which didn’t care and fed me the excuse that thekitchen is busy. I fully believe they forgot about my order and didn’t even start it until I made a fuss. Awful customerservice and wait time, definitely do NOT recommend. Read more
