Very rude and very bad service. The food was cold and when we asked why is the food cold there was no explanation. The hard... liquor was water down. And when we asked to speak to the manager the manager came her name was Kay. Before she listen to thecomplaint she escalated to a problem and she asked the waitress to call for the bouncers to kick us out??? We decided party ofeight was not worth the problem so we paid for our bill and we decided to leave. Even the table next to us a couple husband andwife they got up and said to the Manager that we didn?t do anything you were simply asking her why she?s escalating this to abig problem. The waitress was very nice and polite the bounces were very nice but the manager she clearly woke up on the wrongside of the bed and she had her ego crushed by someone else and she wanted to take it on us. Shame on you Kay. Shame on thepeople that gave this job. You give this business a bad name. Never going back there. Not recommended from food to drink tomanagement. Read more
HANDS DOWN MY FAVORITE!! Came for the first time last week. Friendly staff, amazing drinks & eats, live band, and AMAZING views.... The food here is pretty good. The last time we were there the waitress was not on her game at all but we were patient with her.... They were also out of a few options for their cocktails and again we were patient with that too. This was not our first orsecond time going there, it seems to be similar everytime but the atmosphere gets us coming back and overall the food is prettygood. I really like the calamari and the sauce they bring with it. It was a Sunday that we came out so maybe they had a verybusy week causing the lack of options for their cocktails. Read more
They have indoor outdoor tables and bars. Pretty big menu the food we got was very good. Friendly atmosphere. Bartenders were... nice so where the food runners and both the indoor and outdoor hostesses. Great view of the water. You can arrive by boat plentyof dock space. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the parking isn't the best. Spots are very limited.However there is a valet if you don't mind someone in your car and paying $7. Read more
Another one of those times, where I wish I could do a 3.5 rating. My Dad and I sat outside on the patio and it was very nice -... beautiful Michigan day to enjoy the water. The patio and seating were exceptionally clean, I have to say though - the seatswere very uncomfortable - difficult to sit in them and pull them up to the high top. I also would have loved to bring my Momback to sit outside, but I did not see any low seating to accommodate a wheelchair or elderly (but maybe missed it). Ashelywaited on us and she was OUTSTANDING! One of the best and friendliest servers I have met (Thank you Ashely!). We started withthe Ceviche app, which was meh - not a lot of flavor and a bowl of Lobster Bisque, which was a huge disappointment - no lie,there was 3 tiny (thumbnail) size pieces of Lobster and it was not a Bisque consistency - should have been called Lobster brothor if Lobster is just too expensive right now, been removed from the menu altogether. My Dad had the Mahi Mahi tacos and saidthey were ok but would not order them again (he had been here before and had the salmon which he loved). I had the Caesar saladwith salmon - the salad was fresh (very simple though - similar to what you would prepare at home) and the salmon was SOdelicious! All in all, I will be back again and would like to try one of their dinners (Perch, Whitefish, or Salmon). Oh and twogentleman behind us had the Meat Lover's Pizza and WOW lots of meat and looked really good! First time I had been here in years. We were hoping to sit outside but so was everyone else so we took a window table inside. I... wasn't blown away by this meal but everything was good. The steak was cooked as ordered and I liked the onions straws on top.They did run out of lobster tails so they substituted shrimp in its place for one meal. They were good but not really asubstitute for lobster and the portion was on the smaller side. Overall, good atmosphere, food and friendly/fast staff. I wouldgo back ???????? Read more
It was nice, I sat on the outside patio where a small band sang cover songs. The bee's were in full effect so I'll have to... remember to not wear my lavender fragrance! It started to drizzle rain so we took the party inside. I enjoyed the shrimpsliders, fries and some wine. My waitress Jacqueline was phenomenal! I had shrimp, mussels, and scallops. Husband had a burger. Food was good. Service was pretty decent. Waitress was a sweetheart.... I guess I knew it would be slim pickings for my husband as he doesn't really like seafood. I was disappointed to see only 4burger choices though. But I can't really complain since it was my own fault for not checking first. All in all we all had agreat time. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Read more
