I didn't want to only voice my bad experience so I lifted them from 1 to 3 stars because I've been here several times before and... it's been good but this time was different. I placed an order for a turkey BACON ranch, paid an additional $1.50 for EXTRA baconand then came home with only 2 tiny strips of bacon on the sandwich. If you have BACON in the name of your sandwich you shoulddefinitely have more than 1 tiny piece to start and if I'm paying for EXTRA BACON, my regular sized sandwich should have morethan 2 tiny pieces total. Not to mention the online order was suppose to be ready at 540 but I didn't walk out till 550(prettymuch defeated the order ahead idea, and no it wasn't packed there were 4 people behind the line and 1 customer in front of me)and the onions were barely grilled and it was missing my banana peppers. COVID-19 Warning - Original review was written 11 months ago, but still nothing has changed. Avoid this location. Looked over... the menu for about 1 minute and ordered food from a very impatient employee, paid, and ended up walking out during the finalfood preparation due to unsanitary health conditions and extremely rude staff. They did not and do not enforce basic healthpractices at this location, even outside of COVID times, from touching multiple people's food bare-handed to sneezing over food,and in the direction of customers, and to do it in 2020 without a mask is just insane. I'm an understanding customer and Idon't think i've ever walked out of a restaurant in Missouri before. I was uncomfortable when our food was handled withoutgloves, but after an employee sneezed over our food without a face covering during high season I was done. I did receive aprompt refund after I called in from the car, even though they were rude about it over the phone. Non negotiable, plenty ofother places to give your money to if your out and about and don't feel like making a simple sandwich at home. Read more

We literally just picked up an online order at the time of pickup given. By the time we drove 7 minutes home, our cheesesteak... was so soggy and mangled that it crumbled in my hands. Great sandwich! I got the orig cheesesteak with lots of veg. They make sandwich to order and cook fries fresh. They have dine in... but we carry it home. Very polite service got home with a sandwich made just the was I like it. They also have wraps..veggieoptions, chicken, and other great sandwich options. Fresh lemonade and fresh choc chip ???? Penn station is awesome. It's my favorite sub place, but this had got to be the worst experience I've ever had with them. I have... never written a review of an establishment before, but this was too bad not to. There was 1 other person in the store and ittook them over 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches and fries. The fries came out cold and tasted awful. The oil was way bad. Theyforgot 2 of the toppings on my sandwich, and I had to stand at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone was willing to doanything about it.
