There were more 5 cars "parked" waiting on food a head of me. They told me to move forward and wait and I think I moved a whole... 6 inches. I've been 3 times in the last 2 months and each time they leave something out of the order. Last time it was mybiscuit, dipping sauce, and cutlery. When I finally did get my food, everything was cold. I was also informed that the boxmeal came with the sides pictured despite the menu saying I had a choice. Read more
The customer service here is horrible. 2 times in a row now we have been missing something from our order. This time it was my... husbands 2 piece meal. I went back up to get it and the drive through was long so I parked and tried to go in. Both doors werelocked. I?ve tried calling several times and no one answers the phone. NO WAY they have over three stars. Awful, just awful service. Took an hour for a basic small order, that was ordered online 30... minutes ahead. Then still had to wait, and they forgot to put any sauces in the bag (of cold food) and we just left withoutchecking because we had already waited an hour. DO NOT use this location. If you can't do this, just close your store (eventhough you already had the inside closed). You are going to lose more business give garbage service than if you just closed. Read more
Everything was decent except for the fries. It's like whoever cooked them has never had French fries before. Couldn't tell if... they were under cooked or over oiled. Just sad looking flavorless things. They were so off I almost caught hurt feelings. You'regoing to do this to me? I don't deserve this. Old boy at the window was great though. Read more
Poor customer service Person thought to be manager argumentative and not friendly at all. When my displeasure expressed... concerning order and poor service he said I could always go some where else. Several times in past have also experiencedmessed up orders. Read more
G.M. refused to fix our online pickup order or provide any type of refund after we allegedly/mistakenly retrieved the wrong... order, although we did receive all of the exact items we ordered and were simply shorted 2 items. The names of the two orderswere very similar when they announced the order. After realizing our order was missing items we returned to the store.(Interesting that our order contained no identification or receipt for us to know if the order was correct.) When we returned,the G.M. became extremely short and condescending stating, "we caused him to do extra work and for that I am not making anytype of adjustment." If they treat their customers this way I can only imagine how they might handle the food there. I will notreturn to this location. Read more
Sat at drive thru, no one was there, circled around and apparently no one was inside. 3 cars drove up after me and I had to tell... them there are no signs up but apparently they are closed. Went to St. Peters location. Girl was rude. They are out of Mac ncheese and tea. She said it's not our fault management doesn't care. Lots of disappointed kids will not get their Mac n cheesecraving today. Read more
Went through the drive thru tonight! When I came home to feed my family!! The food was gross. The chicken tasted like it was... cooked in very old grease. The mac n cheese tasted old. Worst experience I?ve ever had at KFC Read more
