Trying to speak to a human about my order is completely impossible. I tried calling the store 5 times only to be transferred to... an automated recording with no answer as to if my online order is being processed. Terrible. Just like the other reviews waited 2 hrs while the pizza was in prep. I called the store but was directed to a call... center; not the actual store? Once I was connected, after I was talking to someone she gave the rudest answer and said sorry youordered pizza on a Friday night- we only have 1 line cook. Maybe get another one on on a busy night? Maybe pay your workersmore? We normally order pizza from this store but it really has gone downhill. Read more
So disappointed. I?ve ordered pizza from this location other times and it?s been fine. I won?t order here again. Pizza... arrived cold, burnt and with minimal toppings. I paid extra to ?cheese it up? and it barely had any cheese at all. I?ve beenforgiving in the past because I?ve had some really good pizzas that balanced out the mediocre pizzas from here. We have ordered very large orders here 3 times in the past month for parties. The staff has always been very nice and helpful... even though there has only been 1 person in store and 1 person as a delivery driver. I spoke with someone yesterday, wish I hadgotten his name, about my order I am placing today for 20 pizzas and he had a great attitude and even thanked me for letting himknow ahead of time. Would absolutely give 0* if I could. The last 4 times I've ordered, they did the same thing they do to everyone else. Say it's... gonna take awhile, proceed to ignore it and then call an hour later saying either they can't make it or it's gonna be 2 mlrehours. I won't eat dominos anywhere ever again because of it. Added to my no-go list next to jack-in-the-box. Save your time,energy, money and sanity and just order somewhere else or make it yourself. Read more
Ordered our pizza, website says 40 min. Cool 1 hr mark, still in prep stage. I decide I will call, I'm ok with waiting but get... an idea of ETA so I can give kids snack to tide them over. Hold for over 10 minutes. 1.5 hr try to call back. On hold again noone ever answers. 2 hours, stills shows on prep, they still don't answer the phone, online support is no help. We have to go upto the store to see if they are even open. Have to walk in to deal with a very rude lady trying to check the status. Mind youthe whole waiting room at this point is full of upset people telling them I don't even know when we will get to yours.. Theyfinally found our order and said, "We can put it in soon? Do you still want it"? No I wanted it 2 hours ago, 1 hour ago, 30 minago. The fact I ordered delivery and had to drive up to the store just to see if they were even open is ridiculous. They don'teven deserve the 1 star. Obviously I cancelled the order. Naturally Domino's Support: I see the order was cancelled so all mustbe well :) What a great way to run a business. If you don't have the staffing get more, if you can't find more.. Pay youremployees more! Read more
Absolutely terrible. I will never order from this Domino's again. Will wait over 2 hours with the order in "Prep". I can't never... get in contact with the store to cancel my order. One time I got through and the manager said and I quote "I cannot help it ifyour pizza is delivered cold". I had waited over an hour watching my pizza sit on the Tracker waiting for a driver to bring it.Never did delivery again. 0 stars. Read more
Called to order pizza. Wanted one large two topping one lava cake and one order of wings. The man who spoke to me on the phone... must have been having a language barrier issue. His English was not very good but yet I tried to work with him. He asked to goover the order two more times and at this point I was questioning whether the order was actually going to be put in right. Hethen asked if I wanted to pay over the phone or in person. I reply with I will pay in person. He then said oh I'm sorry anyorders over $50 has to be paid in person. I said how much is my order? He replied with $68 which I thought was rather high forwhat I ordered. He then said I'm going to have to put you through to an automated system for you to use your credit card to paywhich I never heard of before. At that point I just hung up and didn't order anything. At what point does it become so complexto order a simple pizza order seriously? I guess we'll try Pizza Hut. Read more
