6:30 on a Monday we stopped and there were 2 people working the register with 1 customer. 2 other employees also there, 3 people... in the kitchen (not looking very busy) sign says ?on line sandwich orders only? WHY??? If Casey?s is going to have a ?sandwichshop? then make sandwich?s !! I won?t eat the premade ones because they never have what you want on them. Barbra at this Casey's is one of the rudest people I have had to deal with. She not only ignored my boyfriend and I when we were... trying to buy our drinks, but was loudly talking to her coworker about how she "couldn't get anything done" with customerscoming in....with us standing right in front of her. Beware people not from Iowa! The sign advertised $2.84 for super unleaded, 3.14 for diesel. We ended up paying 3.14 for gas. The... manager did refund the difference but the sign was not clear. Read more

They give you a pickup time ,of 1 hour , and when you show up they cant find you order and it has not been made. I even had... them read the order back to me over the phone , because the last 4 times they messed it up and i had to wait for them to remake a new one. we had guests for the evening so naturally we ordered lots of food. They went home hungry. 8 months ago, they were awell oil machine. they need to figure out what has changed. Read more
