Terrible service even from the supervisor, Nick. There was a line to pay and a woman Melinda came just to help a police officer.... Then she said that she was only helping him because her supervisor Nick told him to.. with a bad attitude... I spoke to thesupervisor and said that they were only helping him because he was new in town??? He was rude.. so she step away from her dutiesto help this guy and not help anybody else.... theyre only willing to help and offer good custoer service only to certainpeople. This store was so neat and well put together, even the employees were their kindest which put the cherry on top:) The one and... only thing i saw that is normal for gas stations is no matter how nice the employees were the customers at this time stilltreated them like dirt under their feet. You people are the ones that need to shape up. I really liked this wawa! Read more
Stopped in today to grab a quick bite to eat. Ordered our food through the kiosk and grabbed a bag of chips and drink. Paid... using the self check out counter and waited for our food. Which came very quickly. This wawa has always been nice and never anissue. Only gripe that I do have is sometimes on their sandwiches they like to skimp out on the meat sometimes. Otherwiseusually very clean, not too crazy, and overall a pleasant experience. Read more
Visited the Wawa this afternoon to change my son?s diaper. A lady was in the large restroom in which I asked for changing table.... I was told there was none in there. The other restroom was busy so I naturally asked the cashier representative and the ladywith red hair was very nasty to me and told me it should the BR and what else did I want her to tell me. I never provoked such anasty response. I was clearly wondering if there was one in the mens BR or if there was a family restroom like other kids gasstations. A yes or no answer would of sufficed. However. WAWA DROPPED THE BALL. Get a changing table and teach your staffmanners. Read more
Consistently great food. Sandwiches are made fresh and great every time soup is very good and can't go wrong with zapps chips.... Cigarettes are cheap, gas pumps fast. Great business and employees. wawa App sucks and is super slow but still worth it. Read more
I didn't actually go in, but my daughter did. We were both satisfied with what was purchased. I kept hearing about the Brisket.... I tried the bbq brisket over Mac n cheese. It was delicious!! Read more
Ordered a chicken salad hoagie and 2 of our fav fresh baked soft pretzels at St Augustine Wawa. We were assisted by Peter while... we were in the store. His excellent willingness to serve and cheerful attitude impressed us! You can always look forward to aWawa on the road for their consistent good food, clean bathrooms, affordable gas prices and well lighted safe parking lots. Thisstore was a great example! Read more
