The food here is absolutely amazing. We have dined here on many occasions and every visit is better than the last. If I had to... pick a favorite it would be the wood fired pizzas. Tried this place for lunch and was very pleased with the friendly service and tasty food. I had Caesar salad with shrimp and... beef and lentil soup, and my husband had panini with the same soup. We both really liked the soup. My salad was freshly preparedand shrimp tasted amazing. The only complaint my husband had about panini that bread was too crispy. Tried Simone's for the first time tonight and my goodness it was amazing! First and foremost our server Ashli was the sweetest;... she was super attentive and took great care of us throughout the evening! Now on to the good stuff; the calamari was reallygood and had fresh cheese shaved over it for a unique twist that was superb???? The pasta and lasagna you could tell were bothmade from scratch and really fresh and delicious. To finish off the evening I tried the homemade bread pudding and it wasprobably the best one I have ever had! Had lunch here, service was top notch very friendly and attentive. Food was superb not you normal pizza joint. Was more like a... gourmet pizza, however the price does reflect the quality and service. Loved the food will be back for more, well worth it. Oh so good! Second time here and enjoyed everything! Service was great, calm and peaceful atmosphere (you forget you are on a... strip mall) and flavors are spot on! Had the lunch special of your choice half a panini and half a salad (or soup or soup andsalad) and chose the l?insalata della Simone salad and salumi e formaggi. Took more than half home as it was such a generousportion of each! We also got the create your own lunch pizza special ? spinach and feta.
