I understand stores are short staffed but to utilize DoorDash is pointless if they continue to move you time from out for... deliver, delivered to now an hour after the pizza was picked up. If you order they will use Door Dash and charge $4.99 fordelivery. Save your headache and don?t use this location. Read more
If I could give 0 stars, I would! Not going back and would not recommend!!! Waited for the delivery for over an hr, called, guy... on the phone said that they are running behind and waiting for the door dash to come and get our pizza since they ?don?t have adelivery guy?. Told them that we will come and pick it up. So we did? the pizza was not fresh, the ?he or she? with loooooonggnails did not use any gloves to make the pizza. Did not refund our money for the delivery fee and tips since we paid upfront.Are you serious??? We paid delivery fee and tips!!! Papa Johns, you just lost customers! If we could give a no stars we would. We ordered online a large 3 topping pizza. The toppings were extra cheese , extra... pepperoni and olives. We immediately called the store and asked that all toppings be placed under the cheese. The person wespoke to assured us that is how they normally do it and it would not be a issue. My wife went to pick up the order and checkedit and of course it was incorrect with all the topping on top. She asked them to remake which they said sure. 10 mins later ourorder was canceled. My wife spoke to the Manager (Grayton) who rudely told her that it was compa y policy that they can not puttopping under the cheese (seriously???!!!). We protested but the Grayton started yelling at my wife and being disrespectful soshe left. I called the store and spoke to him and he continued to be disrespectful to me and told me we would be blacklisted. Iasked foe his manager information and he refused to give it. I even called other papa John's and the assured me this was notthe policy. We will not be ordering from this location anytime soon. So disappointing and disrespectful all because a employeeis lazy. Ordered my pizza at 650pm. Called at 8pm and was told to give it 10 more min to see if it delivers. Waited 20 more min, called... back and was given a delivery time of another 30-40 min. Was also told that they are using door dash and could not track myorder. Food gets here and it's super cold and limp. I like the convenience of it being up the street and Papa John's is ourfamily favorite, however this isn't the first time that this has happened for pick up or delivery in the short time that we'velived in Murabella. Thanks Papa Johns but I think we'll be moving on. We're a family of 6 and pizza night is not cheap. I can'tafford to keep buying and looking forward to food that comes under cooked, cold and an almost 3hr wait time. Appreciate theeffort though. Best wishes moving forward. Read more
Their delivery service is the absolute worst. I've had my pizza delivered cold and the website has said it's "delivered" when it... hasn't been. This has happened the last 3 times. 3rd strike you're out. I guess I'll be going back to pizza hut Read more
