I am so done with KFC. The recipe is good but it is so hard to get quality chicken. 4 times in a row trying to get KFC like I... remember it is too many! The 12 piece bucket from this store was an inedible mushy gross disgusting excuse for chicken. Had tothrow it out. I now vow to never go to KFC again. Corporate needs to address quality control issues or KFC will not survive. Read more
KFC is like the K Mart of chicken places. They should have closed down long time ago. The stores are dirty, the food is insipid,... the workers look as if they have been condemend to work there, the drink selection is pathetic, and the bathroom are not clean.I ordered the 3 piece meal, tenders, and it was awful. Lobby was locked with sign on the door stating "door unlocked for pickup orders". App indicated my order was ready at 6:59pm,... and I watched an employee place an order on the pickup rack. The employee looked me in the eye standing outside. Employee turnedaround and went to do something else. 5 minutes later after knocking on the door several times, another employee came to thecounter and motioned to the side of the building. I thought there was maybe another entrance, but there was only the drivethrough window with several cars in line. I came back to the front door and knocked again, and this time the employee thatmotioned me around the first time came and unlocked the door. Later found out he was the "manager ". He told me I had to get inthe drive through line and go to the pickup window. I explained to him that my Semi truck was at the hotel across the street andI couldn't drive through. He said to stand in line with the cars and wait my turn. I directed him to the order that was on therack that should have been mine. He ignored me and locked the door. There were no other choices for food, and I had already paidfor my order in the app, so I went and stood in line with the vehicle traffic to get to the window. It was 7:35 before I evergot my order... it was cold, it was regular and not crispy, and it was regular and not diet Pepsi. I have always been a fan ofKFC, but this is likely my last visit to a KFC, and I have deleted the app. I am a professional driver, and have no choice butto eat out most days.
