Food is good, and fast. Service is very lacking, personal conversations seem to be more important than the customer trying to... order. Can't really say much for the atmosphere, never anyone inside. But they do have a giant indoor playground. And it is veryclean. Read more
It was short staffed. The guy in the kitchen said they were drive thru only but the lobby was wide open. Messed up our order in... drive thru but quickly fixed it when we went into the lobby. It was confusing and inconvenient. Read more

Worst establishment I?ve ever been to. I?m perplexed that this place is still open. Why you ask? Well, months ago we went here... and had the most bizarre experience. There was no one. Literally not one other customer inside or in the drive through when wepulled up. We sat at the window for 20 minutes before they took our order. I stayed only for the principal. I knew they didn?twant to work. So, we ordered, the person taking the order was rude, as expected. After waiting another 15 minutes for food, wefinally get it. She went to walk off, I asked politely for some ketchup, but before I could finish and tell her I wanted honeymustard, she attempted to walk away AGAIN. I firmly said, ?EXCUSE ME, I m trying to tell you the sauces that we need.? Sheliterally walked away. Then, this 95 pound kid comes up and asks if we have a problem. I said yes, that girl has an attitude. Imsimply trying to get sauce. Mind you, the sauce is right by the window. Finally, we got the sauce and left. I called corporate.They didn?t want to work, that was the issue. Not one person in the store or outside, but 4 people working. I STILL have yet tohear from the district manger. This was one of the worst Burger Kings that I have ever been to. Horrible customer service! There was one person who appeared to... be a manager or shift leader and she was given orders to one guy who had to run the register, get ice from the back fill up theice machine, while our order just set there getting cold in a bag. There was one guy making the food and one person doingdrive-thru. I will never ever eat at this Burger King again and it should be reported to corporate on how it's ran so it can beshut down. Worst burger king I have ever experienced. I went into this place at 5pm. Burger was not fully cooked. Cashier did not listen.... She asked if I wanted cheese I said no which she repeated and I still had cheese. There were four to five workers but most ofthe soft drinks were empty and my chicken nuggets were hard and cold. The receipt didn't print and I had to go and ask for one. Read more
I am extremely displeased with the food I received today. I was trying to call to see if I have a refund but no one is answering... the phone. Before work I got a bacon and sausage croissant. The sausage was burned, the egg wasn't cooked well, and it justlooked unpleasant. Very mad I measured my money. Read more
