I just stopped by at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon intending to get a couple of salted pretzels. I was told they just sold out... and it would be an HOUR before they would have any more. No nuggets either. There were clearly pretzels in the oven. I can'tbeleive they ALL were cinnamon and sugar.. Finally received a pretzel at 12:12 pm. They open at 11am. And told me to wait for the dough to rise? Went to Avenues and no... pretzels as well at 11:32. Nice! I'm sure Auntie Anne's has enough money to pay their employees to come in an hour early toprepare. Read more

The time is 6:23pm on a Monday night. I walked in to buy two items and when I walked in the gentleman behind the counter said... they are closed. I said ok and saw they had like 5 pretzels and many pretzel bites. I walked out and the kid threw ALL of thatin the garbage. What! Really? I hate to complain and I?m a very polite person to everyone else wherever I go, but this happened to me multiple time now on... this auntie Anne?s branch and I?m kinda over it!! I ordered mini pretzel dog and they gave me the burn pretzels and the whitelady with the glasses working there was so rude!!! Very rude!!
