I came in around 2:30 ish. It wasn?t packed at all. I came in to eat with my broke best friend. There was a lady that was... cleaning the lobby. It was clean. I went to the bathroom and it?s smelled so good in there. (Lol) the bathroom was clean aswell. Got our order, sat down and ate. The drink area was clean also. I love clean. ???? It was filling. Now I understand why there are endless lines of cars waiting in the drive through all the time, the chicken is delicious. I... learned they started in Louisiana then kept growing. They now have over 500 stores according to the nice young manager that cameover to ask of everything was alright. He told me the chicken is so tender because it's marinated for a day, never frozen andthen they are fried in their special batter. Prices are reasonable, the store in St Ann was very clean. It's nice to have someof the fast food type restaurants actually open for dine in over here. I'd recommend giving them a try. Read more

Pretty disappointed in this location. I got the tiniest chicken fingers and only got three when I ordered a box(four). The bread... wasn't really toasted and the fries weren't as much as I get at other locations. That would be bad enough, but the workers areclearly unhappy. Drive through ordering was bizarre, the woman interrupted me which is weird because I didn't have much to say.The woman at the pay window was in tattered clothes and just seemed annoyed to be there. I don't know if I blame the individualworkers here, as this kind of atmosphere is generally due to a lacking manager, but I know I won't be back. Read more

Definitely one of the worse off locations. Have never had a mobile order ready for me at designated pick up time. On this exact... occasion I placed an order pickup at 10:00pm and arrived at 9:56. I was politely asked to park in a spot and to wait. I waitedfor over 20 minutes with 0 update or any sign of food arriving and had to call the restaurant in order to get anybody.
