I don't know what happened to this man but he was extremely angry and aggressive. I ordered a side of cream cheese, something I... do often and they usually charge me a dollar per little side container. I ordered two and he said he was just going to charge mefor one and he wanted to charge me $3.39 for one tiny little container of cream cheese. $3.39!! So I told him that they usuallycharge me a dollar not three dollars and he said he couldn't find it on the screen so that's the price and I tried to explain tohim that that's not my fault if he cant find it on the screen and why should I have to pay that. I was speaking in a normalvoice and then he yelled at me to calm down when I wasn't even yelling or anything. Then he just opened the window, shoved themaggressively into my hand and just slammed the door and said here take it! I come here all time time . It?s always awful. Everyone is a teenager , no one speaks English, everything that is not a single... press on a machine takes 10-15 mins to make. There is 0 coordination. Their headsets are either broken or they have horriblecomprehension (IN BOTH FRENCH AND ENGLISH). Their hours are constantly wrong , it is not 24 hour even though it says it is. Havebeen here probably hundreds of times in the last few years in the morning/afternoon, and staff turnover is horrid , never thesame people for more than 1 month. I cannot remember a single time where there wasn?t a problem. Corporate needs to step in andfix this place . Read more
