took 30 mins to prepare a small order.. waste of time

I called at 5:30 pm for 2 chef specials & 1 chicken breast meal. Had to repeat my address five times. At 6:40 called back to... find out where my food was, told they were on their way. At 7:15 called back, they put me on hold for 5 minutes then hung up onme. I called back, waited for 3 minutes for someone to actually pick up & canceled the order. Guess they didn't tell the driver10 minutes later he showed up & I just refused him entry. I will NEVER recommend nor order from this place again, especiallywhen I'm hungry-an hour and a half later for chicken delivery-not worth the hassle from au coq. Read more

It's a Brand New Staff and Management I believe. However, the service is super friendly, Informative and respectful. The food is... served Hot and so so so delicious. It's my weekly MUST! So Glad they are Back!!! Read more

Absolutely disgusting service received by Yara your cashier and the other one before the store "shut down and opened back again"... was not better either. Please retrain and coach your your staff... She lacks basic human manners (like how greet people and howto talk to them) -abruptness -bad manners -impudence -lack of politeness lack of manners in general. I was excited when this location opened in Ville St-Laurent. Unfortunately my excitement was short lived. I've encountered rude... employees. A manager/owner who was unprofessional in front of clients. Hit or miss on quality. As of late they have been closedwhen they should be open. If you must go, call ahead before wasting your time. Benny is my first choice. It is a little out ofthe way. I have had consistent service for more than 15 years. time to pick up dinner! Read more

Ordered through ubereats to be delivered. Food was alright, chicken is chicken, but half way through eating I discovered they... put the food in styrofoam that got burned through. Seems like they didn't put foil paper to cover it. Its disgusting and Iwouldn't touch it if I knew before eating it. Read more

Never going to buy their foods. Their chickens were cold and their chickens poutine are disgusting. I even found a hair on one... of my poutine (as you can see on my picture) Thus, I did a formal complaint to the customer service and I will NOT recommend toothers buying from this store!! Read more
