This is not different from other Peruvian chicken restaurants in Montréal, never fresh, this chicken was 1-2 days old, the... seasoning is similar but not authentic. Sauces are just ok. I believe it’s either an excess of Rosemary or thyme in the food,but the real let down is the freshness (or lack thereof) of the food. Went to Peru and live with Peruvian for sometimes… so it is very difficult for me having tasted « the real thing »... before, to find an authentic Peruvian restaurant especially on order or take out! This one is incredible: papas a la huancainaout of this world, pollo Saltado was delicious ( please make a version with alternative to French fries) and the empanada wouldmake the rest of South America ashamed!
