This store is disgusting worst customer service! manager named Mike is a disgusting person who doesn?t know how to treat... customers! I am calling head quarters for the bad treatment I received! When I called the second time to adress me concern theyhung up on me! They basically delivered us a ruined pizza which I was told later on when I called that they ? DROPPED IT? andthe fries weren?t even cooked!!! I called he refused refund or store credit said he would give us a free pizza and fries which Ikindly agreed to! He never told us we had to keep the bad order and give it back! My mom threw it in the garbage , when thedriver got here he was saying we were told we had to keep the bad order for them and not throw it away which was never thecase!! My poor mom had to go dig in the trash for it which even then they weren?t happy! I spoke to the mike guy over the driverphone even and he was so so rude and unprofessional truly disgusting man! Saying he?s the owner of the store and he had told meand blah blah! Pretty sure the convo was recorded or at that point I don?t even know? they took back everything and I got theworst customer service and experience ever! Truly horrible for customers!!!! How is this even real? Pizza pizza offers amazingservice and never have issues with customers! Always helpful and kind when it comes to concerns or complaints! I am taking thishorrible treatment to headquarters and I am not going to stop until justice! My poor mom digging out the fires from the trash isbeyond horrific ! DONT ORDER FROM HERE and be careful of this man named mike! Disgusting human . Wow . the guy who answered the phone this morning is the most disrectful person i have ever spoken to i called at 10.30am thats the... time they say they open at for a deliverly i wanted for 12 ( lunch time ) he told me why dont i order online and said hecouldnt take my order cause they just opened and had to get organized ..... who ever the guy is behind the phone didnt want togive his name so i could report him to his supervisor and he hung up and did not answer my calls anymore so we called mikes andhad better service and plus the pizza is way better Read more
I'm stunned by the poor reviews but that place is my go to.. Orders are always on point, fresh, good service whether by phone or... through the app. I use the carryout service. They've always redeemed my points and even adjusted a price after seeing a mistakeon the app offers. Terrible!! Terrible service. We tried to redeem free pizza from our points and, although we had added $50 of other pizzas to our... order - the store refused to make our order! They are SO cheap they didn?t even honour our free pizza redemption. Theycancelled our order. And would not fulfil the rest of our order. Officially banned. With 5 other pizza places within a 2 minwalk, I?d never support them again. No wonder they already have a very LOW rating. Terrible management. Read more
I have ordered twice via their home delivery service and it has been good both times. Quick and pizza prepared as ordered.... Delivered warm and neatly both times. Am a vegetarian and they have couple of options. Read more
Good place. Pizza is ok for what you pay. Spinach & feta in the pictures was good. I mean fair enough.
Very inconsistent food from this place...sometimes it's amazing pizza, sometimes it's downright horrid.
