Made clients wait with their coffees in their hands for 5 minutes due to problems with their till. Which is fine and... happens. However, they couldn?t fix the problem, so they took all the coffees out of their clients hands whom they?d madewait. They?d rather waste the coffee than show a little class. Read more

Good location for people taking public transportation or living nearby, free parking not always available. Cool design and... decoration, especially the high ceiling and large front windows. Quality of beverages including taste may vary from order toanother, especially the ones with infused flavours. Last time I ordered an iced tea and it was very watery and lacking flavour(check the image). Generally I like their coffee but I'd recommend to ask them whether it's a fresh brew. Read more
No one was working when I came at 8:45 in the morning, I mean how dangerous is it for someone to come into the store and there... is no staff. I waited for over five minutes with other customers calling out for someone. Is there no way for the staff to knowif there is someone upstairs. I left and came back and saw a girl working. I went in to tell her that I called out multipletimes and no one came. Her excuse was she was in the kitchen and that she was only gone 5m. It was more than 5m. Makes no senseto me that someone would be in the kitchen in the basement at 8:45. What if there were people in the morning who needed theircoffee? I missed my bus because of this. And she just told me, well I?m here now. What kind of response is that? What kind ofcustomer service is that? Regardless the place was low stocked in food. Only biscottis and cookies to sell.
