I made an order for pickup through Uber. Where do I begin.... First of all they never confirmed that the order was ready for... pick up until I came to pick it up (was already cold by then). Second of all refuses to give me a bag for my cans of drinks,saying they have no bags ... Once I got home I realized that they missed up my order, gave me the wrong drinks and sauces. Thefood portion was SO SMALL it's not worth the price. The taste is so bad you would want to vomit what you ate. The fries are dryand very cold. TERRIBLE customer service, rude behaviours for absolutely no reason even after giving tips at the Decarie location. Mediocre... food. Quality was good at the very beginning and its just declined with time. I have been a customer since they opened as i livenearby. Their behaviour was just unacceptable. Food is delicious, sandwiches are well stuffed. Staff is super friendly. They just need to take better care of the place... (cleanliness, organization, etc). But maybe we caught them in a weird time of the day. Strongly recommend. Read more

went here on Sunday June 12 around 1:30 a.m. and the staff were amazing at explaining the menu and helping us decide what we... wanted. It is truly an amazing service and good food. We will definitely come back when we come back to Montreal. Read more
