Worst experience with Livro. I ordered from Livro at 542 from Frites et Basilic ( delivery time advertised as 25-30 minutes)... Within 25 minutes I had a delivery man in my driveway who arrived, sat in our driveway for a couple minutes then left. I calledaround to finally reach someone who said there was a mix up and a new driver was on their way with our food. After 20 minutes ofwaiting we got a call saying they were remaking our order.. after an 1h15 minutes a driver showed up in our driveway. I was onthe phone with I believe the manager who was ARGUING with me saying that there was nothing he could do. He would not takeresponsibility for his drive who took 1h15 minutes to arrive with two other passengers in the car.
