I've tried many Tim Hortons and I'm not sure why but this one is too avoid and it's sadly the one closest to my place. I often... do a detour to another location because of the many less than ideal experiences. For instance, I went there for a coffee once atthe drive through. The coffee was cold and tasted like water. It happens though so I went another time at night. After waiting afew minutes at the drive through, I'm dusky told they are closed... (!?!) my latest experience recently was try their beyondmeat burger. I asked that at the drive through and the staff looked somehow lost. They weren't sure how to make it. They'velooked into the book and after 10 minutes and a lot of people behind me at the drive through, I paid 7$ (advertised at 5$ on TVwhich was weird, I should have raised a concern) and got no receipt. Again, I should have asked for one. At last, I got asandwich in a bag and left. Upon my arrival at work, I opened it up to realize it wasn't a beyond meat burger but some sort ofchicken patty with a bagel and bbq sauce. I sadly couldn't go back to fix this as I had no receipt and no time left... so I ateit. Now, I'm going elsewhere if I want Tim Horton's. Read more

Great service and fast despite the long line and the bagels order came out exactly as I requested them. The lady was very... friendly and was more than happy to accommodate our last minutes requests and changes! Will definitely go there again for aquick order of breakfast and coffee ;) Enjoy Read more
