I hate this tim hortons. Its the worst one ive been to so far, the ignorance of service is ridiculous, i ordered 4 donuts and 10... tim bits and they didnt even bother to put it in a box they put all the 4 DIFFERENT donuts in one cookie bag!! When i got to thewindow and the women received the donut idk if she was the manager but she seemed incharge and she just look at them and said"you cant do that" and she still gave me the bag didnt even bother to fix it. Im fully disappointed this time. i was since theytook over the buisness but its just non sense. I suggest to go at irshtown instead they actually know what a strawberry filledtim bit is:) Read more
I am not one to complain. But this place is very much on the negative side of all tim Hortons that I've visited over my life.... Unfortunately this one is next to my home town ???? it is not worth my money if you ask me . Purchased 2 medium French vanilla and a frozen lemonade drinks from the Tim Horton's in Saint-Antoine, NB. Both French vanilla... drinks were made incorrectly (we've had lots to compare to) and one cup was only 2/3rds full. The frozen lemonade was almostjust ice water with little flavor. We returned the 2 French vanilla drinks and were replaced with equally awful (we threw themout) but at least were full cups. The person on the drive thru was rude and seemed to not be enjoying his job by the indignantsighs he produced, trying to get our simple order correct. Won't be returning. Read more

Nothing more inconsistent than their hot or cold beverages and foreigners who work there disrespect other employees who speak... french while it's perfectly fine if they speak their language. Just buy a coffee maker for best result i do not recommend thisspecific tim Hortons Read more
Many challenges at this location... Unorganized staff, stepping over each other's toes. Most drive-thru orders are not prepared... correctly, either missing something or wrong altogether - ie. wrong size coffee, regular instead of double-double. Don't leavethe drive thru without double checking your order. Read more
I ordered cold brew and I got an ice coffee with no base. Wasn't what I was expecting. Chicken craveable was odd as well. Sauce... was dripping out of the package holding my sandwich. Safe to say it was messy Read more
Went in to order because the drive-thru line was to long service was terribly slow and even after my order was ready the person... making it took he's time flirting with one of the other workers before handing me my food. I don't expect much more than thisfrom the Tim Hortons's around this area lately it used to be a good place to get a quick coffee and something for breakfast butit's been going down the toilet lately.
