Sub was decent. Girl running the counter was rude. Didn't say thanks, have a nice day. Didn't even look at me or say anything. I... guess she was mad I didn't tip. But you aren't supposed to tip at fast food anyway, especially when I'm already spending 17$ onone meal. It's a scam by management to offset salary costs on the consumer. Read more

I have been going to this establishment since I moved to Sahuarita. Always got great service. This was until yesterday. There... was a couple who where down on their luck. I decided to buy them a couple of sandwiches because they where hungry. There was noone in the store but the couple and myself. I had my sandwich given to me immediately. There was a rush that came in but thesesandwiches where ordered and paid for before the rush came in. I sat down with them and started eating my sandwich and thegentleman's sandwich was completed but no one said anything. I had to go up and ask about it. The ladies sandwich which wastoasted, sat there open faced and got cold while one of the employees, who stood next to the sandwich kept preparing sandwichesfor other forks who had come in after I had ordered and paid for the sandwiches. I had to stand by the register to make surethat the sandwich was finished because it was apparent that NO ONE was going to finish this sandwich unless prodded. The lack ofcustomer service and just human decency was in full display. These folks just wanted to eat, the food was paid for and if Iwould have left I can only imagine if they would have gotten their food. I will not go back to that Subway nor entertain usingSubway again. This was a toxic display of a flippant attitude and disregard for another human being. Read more

Change the commercials. None of the celebrities eat their sandwiches, they just hold them. Not helping your store branding. One... of the chains that still mail out coupons. Good taste & value in today's economy. That is what we need. Keep it up. Read more

This Subway has the best for break dancing in the entire franchise. Well, at least the ones I've visited.

So I just left subway where I ordered a wrap and 2 cookies. The young lady who helped start my sandwich did a wonderful job, but... then we got to my veggies and I asked for lettuce. The boy put a sprinkle of lettuce on my wrap so I asked for more and hereaches over the empty canisters of lettuce and only puts a sprinkle more of lettuce. I have more onions than I do lettuce.Ithen asked for 2 cookies and the boy proc ed's to tell me I get a free one, so I asked for another on top of the free one. I gethome frustrated Abt the lettuce already and to my surprise I only received one cookie that I was charged for.
