Completely rude staff on 11/4 at 8am. Ordered on the app. Waited around for food item. Rudely told that they were already... sold out and to go to the register for a refund. Asked if we could just have a different item as that is what every singleother Starbucks does and was barked at again saying ONLY IF ITS THE SAME PRICE! The item we were going to substitute was 40cents cheaper and let her know. She yelled at us again ?YA, I KNOW, I ALREADY LOOKED IT UP.?
