I'm not really sure why I don't get teriyaki sauce when I order the teriyaki chicken. Why do I have to ask for the sauce? It's... in the name of the menu item. Disappointed! Ordered a meal with broccoli beef and fried rice. There were two pieces of beef mixed in with a bunch of broccoli and the rice... was raw. Felt like I ate a spoonful of plastic and threw it away instantly. This place just keeps getting worse, thankfully myniece was able to eat her meal of chow mein and orange chicken. Again!! No sauces! Why is it soo hard to remember to put sauces in a bag? Several times we arrived home to no teriyaki sauce for... our teriyaki chicken! Last night I picked up 2 bowls of teriyaki chicken in the drive through and thankfully I checked as I havezero confidence the staff will put sauce in and guess what...no sauce and I specifically asked for sweet and sour as well as theteriyaki just to give them a reminder. When I told her there was no sauces she was obviously being bothered and even asked whatkind of sauce to go with my, you know, TERIYAKI chicken!! They are in such a hurry to get you gone, they just don't care.Really to bad as the food is good. Just don't get it! But it always goes back to management and it seems the management at thislocation cannot train properly. Forget about calling them, they ain't answering! Again, poor training.
