Update Yea. Years later and an attempt at an app and this place hasn't changed. Our entire order was wrong tonight and this is... how our fries all turned out. No fries fell in the bag. They make $14 an hour now, and for what?? Original The remodel is nicebut looks can be deceiving. The management at this location is horrendous and it shows by how poorly trained and rude theirstaff are, how inefficient and inaccurate orders are, and how they are constantly out of stock on regularly used items, such asketchup. They constantly close the Play Place early. If you want to wait 30 minutes to place an order and recieve cold, stale,incorrect food, this is the place for you. Been in this town for 6 years and this place has yet to improve. Read more

Just just went through your drive through At 350A. Was told that their system just begun their update. I was here previously at... 2A because I was told the same thing and that it would take an hour. I then was told the manager will update the system atrandom times. I asked for the managers name she decline to provide her name. I asked how to contact her manager or the owner wastold she would not provide information. I am very upset, I just wanted a soda and a burger. To be so unhelpful to a customer, why be in the industry of customer service. Ive had smaller issues like this before and it's seems that no ones at nights wantsto provide service. Read more

Longest wait times regardless if in drive through or take out. They make every car pull around in a waiting area from the drive... through. They have never had my food ready for me at the drive through. There is never at the front counter anymore to takeorders and have to use the stupid self service kiosks. I don't understand why it take 10-20mins to receive food THIS IS NOT FASTFOOD! Read more

Customer service from manager is poor. Customer should not be required to pay the up charge when drink options are limited... because their machines broke and the drinks that come with the meal are not available. If the only drinks available are the moreexpensive drinks they as the company should eat the cost of that be up charge until they fix the machines they provide thedrinks included with the meal Read more

We bring our kids here to play on the playground and get snacks. The service is always fantastic, and the employees are always... incredibly friendly and helpful. The last time we came in, we were kind of shocked to see a young girl in the restaurant in abra with no shirt. I thought this was against health code, and I'm not really interested in exposing my kids to this style ofdress in a family establishment. I was also shocked that she wasn't asked to put on a shirt, and she was in the restaurant forquite a while. Read more

I love being able to order my food from my phone, even in the parking lot at times, then checking in the drive thru and... instantly my food is ready. And loving the points that i earn every visit for free rewards. My favorite place to get fries, theyare the best. Drive thru people very friendly at the first window, makes my morning stop fast, efficient and delicious. Read more

Charged for the incorrect order and charged again for the correct order through the drive through. They always get the orders... wrong. Update 05/04/22 2 Big Macs no lettuce? Keep it up McDonald?s with the mediocre service Read more
