The young staff here, especially the red-haired English accent girl working here, must be either completely overworked or... completely uncaring about even a mediocre level of service. Either way, the management or ownership of this business is failingimmensely. They should really look into hitting the refresh button here with the night staffing. Tonight ranked in the topthree of my entire lifetimes drive thru bad experiences, and that says a lot. I probably wouldn't have even written if itwasn't a regular thing from this place. I know staffing is hard, but work them less so they aren't so apathetic towardscustomers or just straight up liars.. Feel free to ask me for details if you care enough, I'll give them in private. I have always received great service at this location, but I want to thank one person in particular Adyanna for her kind sprit... and fantastic attitude. I don't get how this place has 3.5 stars! They are absolutely rude and untrained. I had the worst experience about a couple of... months ago. I order a signature ICED mocha Latte! when I got to the window the young girl handed me a HOT drink. I told her Iorder the ICED mocha latte, when I pulled up they had the window propped open with a pen but when I told her my drink was wrong,she took it back, closed the window! Didn't say "I apologize, Oops, my bad" something just closed the window on me. She comesback tries to hand me another drink and I tell her "The Signature Mocha comes with whipped cream", she takes it back again,closes the window, again no "sorry". By the 3rd time she comes back I ask to speak to a manager she closes the window, and someyoung kid comes to the window. I explain the situation and ask him if they train their employees to apologize for anyinconvenience, that a simple "I'm sorry for the mistake" will go a long way! however, they can't do that much OR get my orderright! His response: Blank stare at me!! "I don't know what you want me to do, I just got here" By this time, I lose it! Itell him train your employee's the menu and how to excuse themselves or simply say "MY BAD" if they mess up 3 freakingtimes. He yells, "get out of the drive or I'm going to call the cops" He slams his window close and that was it. So annoying when employees try to get extra creative with your drink order.. sometimes people want what they order.. Ordered a... coldbrew coffee with pumpkin cold foam and the employee apparently had their own opinion that the drink should be sweet andadded brown sugar cinnamon syrup to my order. Can't even drink the drink because of how much sugar the syrup adds! Ugh Read more

I passed through the drive through on 08/25/2022 at 8:00am ordered a pumpkin cold brew. They charged me but when I pulled to the... window they said they didn?t have any and just gave me a regular cold brew with no ice. The workers were fighting and completelyrude tossing around utensils they were using to make the drinks. The workers are always extremely rude and it seems likemanagement never cares and let?s them get away with anything. Read more
The employees were rude and obnoxious while i was ordering. I could hear the guy making my drink making fun of my order. The 12... pm shift on July 31st is the worse group of workers. My drinks were undrinkable and had to throw it out. Read more
I love the coffee lids!!! Best ever!! The lid makes my coffee stay warmer longer than any other to go coffee place, not to... mention it?s delicious! It?s a happy day when we go to Dunkin Donuts!! Read more
