It is ridiculous to have to deal with poor management and customer service from here whether you want ice cream or fresh donuts

Literally the worst place ever!! I have come here time and time again. Each time my order is always wrong. And I give the... benefit of the doubt. However today, I waited at the drive thru window to pay for 20 mins. Before I was finally acknowledgedthey say they spilled my order and need to remake it. I ordered an ice cream cake for the office to celebrate monthly birthdays. I was embarrassed when I opened the box to find the... cake looking as it did. This place is a hit and miss! Mostly miss... I wish management would provide better training, support or at least hire kids... with decent manners. Drive-thru is always backed up, customer service is terrible and regardless of what drink you order, youwill get whatever the teenager behind the registers wants. One-time I ordered a coffee and I got a sauge, egg/cheese... when Iget possessed, lose control of my body and find myself driving to DD in rancho, I just tell the kid to "surprise me". I love this ice cream as well as my family. We get cake and ice cream there all of the time. The store in Ranch Sahuarita is... terrible though. Went there this evening, and they are supposed to close at 9 pm. The doors were locked at 8:20 pm. Theemployees are in there cleaning and see us attempting to open the doors. No one looks up or even acknowledges we are there, sorude!!! They hire real lazy people in this store. BEWARE of this store they are horrible every time I?m there. Read more

We are coming from out of town. Looked for an ice cream place. Checked the hours said it closes at 10. We made the trip ; made... it at 9. The doors were closed. The girl was there and the lights were on. We tried opening the door and she waved us off andignored us.
