Don't going lunch if you plan on eating. Ordered a 6 piece bone in wing with fries. Took over 30 minutes to get. While I watched... 3 people come after me get their food. When I asked at the 20 minute mark they were waiting on fries.. How is that even possibleafter 20 minutes and 3 other orders going out. I try to place my order for delivery but it wasn?t available so I called the location and the employee was very nice and... explained that they were not doing deliveries. So I decided to place an order and pick it up. I arrived 5 minutes early and myorder was ready. They employees from the location were so nice and professional. I forgot to asked for their name but one of theladies help me bring my order to my car. I used to go to the Wingstop from lake worth but not anymore. They have CHICKEN SANDWICHES! A must try but order in advance or take a nap while you wait. 5 stars for you 4 for me because of... the wait and there is nothing but your flavored chicken 2 or 3 pickles and bread but I noticed Texans are used to chickensandwiches with nothing but pickles on them. They do offer sauce to dip the sandwich in and they will add flavors to theirregulsr semi sweet fries and that isn't just my opinion, yall know their fries are sweet. Read more
I went into wing stop today and Titi took my order. When I tell you she has AMAZING customer service it's an understatement! She... took my order with a huge smile made sure everything was correct let me know about new items on the menu. Amazing! Wing stop inSaginaw y'all have the best employees!!! I opened this location and worked there for 4 years. I started as a cashier and worked my way up to the general manager. It... was a great franchise to work for until the last year or so. They have completely went down hill. They care nothing about thestaff running the stores or the general managers killing themselves trying to run the stores. I ran the saginaw location 2 dayscompletely alone last week. No help. I text the owner, Peter Allen several times asking for some kind of help with not onesingle reply and of course my director of operations was on vacation. They offer zero support or help. Nobody gets trainedthen they expect us to just figure it out. You can't run a restaurant when you're the only one who cares or even does therejob. Every one of the stores in North Texas wing franchise is terrible. Save yourself the money and time and go to theLakeworth or western center location. If you go to this one expect to wait at least an hour and expect the food to bedisgusting. Not to mention they can't even get the orders right. The food was good however this location never fails to miss an item. There was no dipping sauce with our order even after paying... for extra. They really just need to hire someone that checks orders before handling them to their customers. Dry rub flavorsmakes it harder to eat and unfortunately we?re not as enjoyable. If we go and pickup I always check the other and always havesomething missing! We did DoorDash this time and yet again missing items. It?s a shame. Money lost. Read more
I have a LARGE family, we placed a LARGE order for pickup because we knew delivery would take too long before I?d have to leave... for work. When I got home I discovered 2 of my large family sides were missing. Called to see if they could be delivered as Iwas leaving for work and this wasn?t of any fault to my own. The girl that answered says they were either not ready or they wereout of the corn we had ordered, also that they couldn?t reimburse me because it was an online order and they didn?t know how todeliver an online order. All very confusing. When I asked for a manager I was out on hold and then told to call the GM the nextday. We also found a hair in our garlic parm wings thus making the entire meal miserable, and a waste of time and money. Iattempted to call the GM the next 2 days with no luck. I finally gave up and went to the website hoping for some decent customerservice and support. I was emailed a $10 gift card 2 days later. Wingstop, my family of 10 (more if we have guests) wishes youwould have cared more about your customers. Please keep your $10 gift card, we have routinely spent over $100 per order multipletimes a month. It baffles me how this is your company?s response.
