Had a mobile order to pick up , already paid . The location was right and payment was made. I showed up and my order wasn't... there. I waited in line to ask about the order, the lady that was there said "sorry never got anything - can't do anything " Ihad then showed her my confirmation order and payment to her location. Janet ?? But she kept saying I ain't got anything in arudely manner. So to avoid any issues. I just walked away. I used to come every week to this location, never had a problem.Until the day she worked alone . Understaffed? I understand and I could of waited but the way she responded to me infront ofothers is another thing. I probably won't be returning here to this location, it seems I'm not the only one with the samemindset based on the reviews here. Customer service was no help on getting my refund. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Subway. This lady (white mid 40s) was absolutely rude as can be. She was... throwing things around. Repeating herself again and again, mumbling to herself rude comments. Another customer walked in and shegot even more mad. In one occasion I heard her say " these people ". Making ugly faces. Absolutely unreal. After she putjalapenos in my protein bowl by accident and than blamed it on me I said never mind and walked out. I was so uncomfortable andnervous that I did not want to talk at all to this person anymore. If I could I would give this place -5 stars. UNBELIEVABLE ?????????? Sign on door says they close at 10, showed up at 9:20-930 and the open sign was off and door locked. Could see some younger... employees trying to stay out of sight in the back. If you changed the store hours they should be posted on the door but seemsmore like the employees just decided to close early. If that's the case makes me hesitant to go there again. Walked in the store and was only greeted by Mgr. Ann. The other worker name Janet had a very bad attitude, was not polite AT ALL... and looked as if she was mad bc she had to work today. There was a Hispanic couple in front of us and we watched how she wastalking to them, totally acting as if she could not understand them. As an place of business, you can be polite and ask them torepeat themselves....it does not hurt to be NICE! Now it's our turn, as she takes the sandwich out of the oven, she dropped thebottom tray! She picks it up, places it back on the counter, then reaches for my sandwich to place it on the tray! I say "No"you need to get another tray, she then says, "we only have 1"....well then WASH IT! Janet tells her manager Ann (which is verynice) to take care of us bc her attitude is bad....that it is! We are now finishing up our toppings on our sandwiches and Annmentions they need help. I said if you get rid of her, maybe ppl that apply would want to come back for an interview. Janet ismumbling something, fast-forward Janet tells us to get out of her store or she'll call the police...OKAY KAREN! We leave thestore, but we WILL NEVER go back to that Subway ever again! With the economy being like it is now, I'd anyone walks into yourbusiness, you should be happy they came. If you aren't happy where you work, do something about it and find another job. If I could give this Subway location a negative 5 stars, I would. This has got to be the worse Subway I've ever been to. I have... not came across one good employee here. The only reason why I even bothered coming here more than once is because it's kittycorner from my work, but today, the "Manager" and cashier made it my last time. The manager was fixing my wrap and ignored me asI requested that I have my guacamole smeared before putting anything on it. The cashier interferes and told me "that's not howwe do it here" with major attitude. I said, "I'm sorry, but I'll be the one paying for this wrap and eating it. Shouldn't it bemade the way I want it?" She continued to argue, meanwhile the manager allowed it. Needless to say, I walked out without foodbecause this location is not worth a penny.
