My reciept says Mary B was my cashier but this girl could've been on anyones till. She never displayed any welcoming gestures to... me during my whole transaction with her. She has black hair that was put up in a loose ponytail, some hair was purposely partedout and hanging loosely to the sides of her face. Her glasses appeared black and she was wearing an orange hat with black stitchdesigns on the sides of the hat. I came in to get my husband some lunch/dinner at work and suprise him with pizza and our baby.There is a pizza I usually get from here but I couldn't remember the name for the life of me and I asked this girl for a momentso I could look over the menu and not waste her time. She gives me less than 30 to 45 seconds and asks me if I'm ready so Itried describing the pizza to her thinking she would help me or ask someone but she just blank stared me and gave me no responsewhat so ever. I ended up finding it on the menu after struggling but realized with the descriptions it had it wasnt theparticular pizza I was looking for that night. This whole transaction between her and I took maybe 3 to 4 minutes and I feltrushed and anxious the whole time. I made a decision on what I wanted and waited patiently, maybe longer than it took to make,to make sure the pizza was ready when I came back in to pay for it and not have anymore trouble. She addressed me again with nosmile and gave me my purchase after I had paid. I didnt think I had to check the pizza but now I seriously regret it. I am 8months pregnant and just wanted to make it back to my husband with this suprise lunch/dinner comfortably and wanted to trust thepizza was made right. I got to my husband's job and wheb we opened the our meal together we were vwry dissapointed. Almost halfof the pizza was destroyed with no cheese covering the destroyed part. My heart sank. Pizza is fine the issue is ordering delivery. The last 2 times I had delivered the first they sent to someone else's home and... although I reported itI never received my money back or the product. The last time I ordered for my job and confirmed my workaddress but they sent the stack of pizzas to my home. Also not worth purchasing the stuffed breadsticks because althoughdelicious, I only received 3. I gave 3 stars because of flavor and price. Read more

Without sounding like too much of a Karen.... could you perhaps at least cut the pizza either all the way through or evenly? I... know the pizza isn't expensive but you should still take a tiny bit of pride in what you're serving. Just plain disappointing. First, the only gave the delivery driver 1 pizza (we ordered 3). The ticket on the box said 3. When my... husband called the store, he was told that we needed to call their 1-800 number. I had already been on hold with them for 8minutes. The person threw the delivery person under the bus. The nice delivery driver told my husband she would go back and shedid. The crazy bread was half, no, a quarter cooked and we had to put it in the oven. Pic. Oooo weee! What can I say if my pizza is not burnt it looks like this. The sad part is how many people this pizza went by and... they were just like "oh that looks good". I returned this pizza for a new one because this is just sad.
