Went to drive thru at 6:50pm not a single car in the drive thru or parking lot, that should have been a red flag. They gave me 4... jalapeño poppers that were totally hallow with no cheese or pepper inside and they were hard as a rock. Also hard and dry andold were my 4 tiny chicken tenders. They were so hard and rubbery I couldn?t chew and eat any of the ends only the very middleof the tender. Then the zing sauce containers they gave me were almost completely empty. Not happy at all with my experience.Make fresh food for your customers even if it's slow. Have pride in your food and maybe your business would be busy at dinnertime like all the other surrounding businesses. Read more
This evening I stood at the counter and saw the male employee rearranging cooked food in the stainless steel food warmer with... his bare hands. Before that he was touching his shirt and handling other things in the kitchen that I could see. I?ll never eatat this location again and I will continue to spread the word about what I saw. Word to the WISE, go spend your $30+ elsewhere; don?t say you weren?t warned. Thought we?d give a new(ish) local fast-food... joint a try. If it had gone well this business would?ve been seeing hundreds if not thousands of dollars in business from ourfriends/family over the course of years. Unfortunately, this place is utter garbage. Incredibly slow service, false photoadvertisements, over-priced, under-served, bad attitudes, etc etc etc. The photograph I included is exactly how this mealappeared when opened. This picture shows ?catfish?, shrimp, rolls & green beans! *insert crying laughing emoji* We could have(& now will) spent the same amount of money at Spring Creek BBQ for waaaay better quality & quantity of food. Anywho, hope thishelps any future customers. Only way for a business to really change is being outspoken & taking your money elsewhere. Service was unprofessional and unpleasant. Asked for 6 tenders combo, got 4 with maybe 8 fries. I went back inside to get my... other 4 and their response in the most condescending tone was, ?sorry for the inconvenience.? And then they threw the tenders inthe box. We also asked for wings, but most of the wings were pure bone and bite size. Very disappointed. It was totally theopposite experience from the last time we ate here. Read more

We came here a little early to get some lunch after our basketball game. I'd like to recognize this location in how great we... were treated. It's understandable when you first show up that there is going to be wait time The manager Dena went above andbeyond in accommodating us while we waited. Also Skylar and Kyrein were awesome. This is one of the best golden chick locationsin the area. It's very clean, and I think great staff makes all the difference! Read more
Okay if Yall don't want customers just close the store for the day. Id much rather yall be closed than spend my money on food to... open my chicken box grab my containers out and dip my hand into all the gravy in the bottom of the box because the container isbusted. Then take the lid off the rice to see its also busted with Styrofoam spices all on the rice! It was clearly like thisupon putting the lid on. Oh and i just love giving my toddler her kids meal of cold fries. I understand the world is shortstaffed and maybe Yall are feeling it too. We left sonics drive thru ONLY line because they were short handed but Yall had onecar when we got there and its was around 4:40ish so I think we could of had fresh fries for a kids meal. Thanks!!!!
