There was a moderately sized variety of food and desserts, but i found that many of the food items I got had a funky taste to... them such as Chicken on a stick, The imitation crab nuggets, The spring rolls and egg rolls, the egg drop soup was rather blandand bitter. There were a few items that were rather good, such as the coconut shrimp, calamari, and some of the dessertitems. I also must add that my party was feeling rather ill after eating some of the food items, and after leaving, we felteven more ill. The staff were nice but did not come to our table for refills or to pick up our dishes until the check came toour table You get what you pay for; it was rather cheap for a small party, though if you have over 2 people i wouldn'trecommend coming here if you're on a budget. I don't know how this place gets good ratings, it's terrible! There are hardly any true Chinese dishes to choose from and what... little there are all taste the same. Bland, no flavor at all. They have a lot of food, I'll give them that. But very littleis any good. The desserts are good! Except when I went to crack open the fortune cookie, instead of snapping it just kindabent! Disgusting bathrooms, disgusting food service for a buffet, disgusting to eat in filth. Do not eat here. What a far cry from... their peak. Three weeks of check ups to see if they made improvements. China Flag is in my top 3 places to eat. The food is well prepared and plentiful. There will be an item for any taste or... craving. If you have picky kids there won't be a problem. They are fully staffed and the service is great which is not the caseat many places right now. Even though prices are going up, being able to stuff your face silly for under $20 works for me.
