Their reputation,is legendary;My last take out from there was not as fulfilling as in past... yrs I would always leave with a heavy bag,knowing the food was tastily delicious,and feeling kinda guilty,like I just robbedthem! I love Tonys first and foremost. Recently ordered grubhub pickup. got home from picking up the food to a missing steak... sandwich. we only ordered 3 things; 2 sandwiches and a breakfast. missing a sandwich smh. called the next morning; Katieanswered the phone. Rude, condescending and provided no compassion, nor any help. Shameful sad day when a Saginaw familybusiness allows employees like this to continue. I recently ordered Tony's spaghetti with Italian sausage. It was AMAZING! It was like a home-made meal with such a generous... portion that I had it for two dinners. I grew up enjoying Tony's steak sandwiches and their banana splits. I visited Saginaw this past weekend a finally was able to... find time to stop in for a meal. This time for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised that after all these years the food isstill rich with taste. I love breakfast and they did not disappointe me! Read more
My favorite Saginaw restaurant. I love going there every time I am in town. I always get the Giant Steak Sandwich with Pizza... Cheese. The food is always good, and even though the staff was behind on orders (because they were so busy), they werefriendly, attentive, and patient with customers. Ordered two hot roast beef sandwiches with supposed to be mashed potatoes, but they gave me regular cube potatoes, which OK fine... one meal had a salad with ranch they didn?t give me no ranch for the salad my other meal had coleslaw They gave me a teaspoonfull of coleslaw, not even a full mouth bite in the c coleslaw Had no coleslaw dressing in it.
