Been doing Toney's for over 60 yrs. Their reputation,is legendary;My last take out from there was not as fulfilling as in past... yrs I would always leave with a heavy bag,knowing the food was tastily delicious,and feeling kinda guilty,like I just robbedthem! I love Tonys first and foremost. Recently ordered grubhub pickup. got home from picking up the food to a missing steak... sandwich. we only ordered 3 things; 2 sandwiches and a breakfast. missing a sandwich smh. called the next morning; Katieanswered the phone. Rude, condescending and provided no compassion, nor any help. Shameful sad day when a Saginaw familybusiness allows employees like this to continue.
