i usually love this Tim Hortons but today, the lady at the window was beyond rude did not even say a word to me, when I was... ordering I asked if there was other sides than chips they said nothing, so I said chips are completely fine.. we?ll i didn'teven get my chips.. Older staff was rude to the younger staff. A simple order took way longer than it should have. Do not go to this store.

Absolutely delicious as always. The donuts are always fresh. The sour cream and cream filled are my favorite. The cream filling... is so smooth and there's plenty of it! Not those awful dry donuts with hardly any filling. And I'll take a mocha ice capp over aStarbucks frapp any day. You just can't go wrong here. Or at any Tim's tbh. Read more
I ordered a large vanilla iced coffee with extra vanilla and this is what I received. When I asked why it was so dark they said... that the creamer was at the bottom. Now I know I?m not the brightest crayon in the box but I do know that when you add liquidcreamer to coffee it gets lighter. I went to this location and ordered a coffee and I asked for a small cup of ice water. The lady responded that we now charge for... ice water. I said, okay that?s fine. I asked her how much, she said a dollar!!! Now I go to all Tim Horton locations in Saginaw.None of them even charge me for ice water. I can see a cost to cover for material, but a whole dollar for a small cup of icewater. That?s a bit expensive. She said they have new owners and they want us to charge for water now. In the future I?ll beavoiding this location. I see the owners are nothing but greedy corporate suits. Nah, I?ll keep my money and go to otherlocations. Read more
